Booking Your Flight
Choose a flight that arrives before your program start date so you have time to settle in.
Book early to secure better prices.
Keep layovers and travel time in mind—plan for enough rest before orientation or classes.
Essential Documents to Carry
Keep these items in your hand luggage (not checked bags):
Passport with visa or eTA (if required).
Letter of Introduction / Approval Letter from IRCC.
Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from your school.
Proof of Funds (bank statements, GIC, or sponsorship letter).
Tuition payment receipt.

🧳Packing Tips
Bring clothing suitable for Canadian seasons (layering is key).
Pack important medications in your carry-on with a doctor’s note if needed.
Keep electronics and valuables in your hand luggage.
Limit liquids in carry-on (airline rules usually allow up to 100ml per container).
At the Border (Canada Arrival)
Be ready to show your Letter of Introduction, passport, and Letter of Acceptance to the border officer.
Officers may ask about your school, program, and funds. Answer honestly and confidently.
Your study or work permit will be issued at the airport—double-check the details before leaving customs.
